Very comfortable bedroom, the check in was easy and personal has been helpful and kind. The pool and sauna areas was very pleasant. I totally recommend it if you want to just have a nice time relaxing!

The breakfast buffet was reasonable. I would have liked a healthier cereal option than those provided. The hotel was a bit quiet in the evenings- no evidence of the restaurant being open! The spa area was clean and relaxing. The hotel was ideally situated for walks into the old town and to the port for our day trip to Helsinki.

The spa was amazing, especially for the prize. Our room was spacious, so luggage was never in the way. A large TV to watch from bed was a big plus before going to sleep. A 10 minute walk from the ferry is a plus!

Quite standard nice hotel with very good location. Staff is friendly. Otherwise - it's exactly what you'd expect from Metropol, Radisson and similar hotels.
