Staff exceptionally nice and helpful, location is great with a mall 5min walk away and Old Town 10min walk. Spa is nice and massage was great.

We had a great spacious room with very comfy beds and plenty of fresh towels to last for all of our three day stay. The bath tub was lovely too. Also we appreciated the possibility of an hour later check out for free.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, beautiful big bath in room. A short walk to the old town. Staff were very helpful with any of our requests or questions.

The zen deluxe was big enough that it almost felt like an apartment. The personnel was extremely nice and even called a cab when we were checking out. Otherwise it was close to bus stops to get to the old town centre quickly.

Zen double room was very basic. Nice that there was coffee/tea in the room. Breakfast was ok, although very basic.

Spacious room and bathroom with high ceiling. Parking is just against the hotel's second entrance - literally several meters away. Good breakfast with extended time on weekend. Nice personnel speaking English, Finnish, Russian, Estonian etc.
