This hotel really did surpass my expectations. It's also in the center of the city. We came after travelling all night and literally frozen. The staff were kind and attentive. The room was cozy and spacious. The spa is really cool. It's also huge.The water slides are fun, and everything is clean and well looked after. Already looking forward to coming back.

Staff at the reception and room cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly. Also the staff at the breakfast was caring and helped with the extra wish. The beauty salon had nice offers.

I recently stayed at Kalev Spa Hotel in Tallinn, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few minor drawbacks. Excellent Location: The hotel is perfectly situated just a 2-5 minute walk from the Town Hall Square and about 20 minutes on foot to the Maritime Museum. It’s surrounded by plenty of restaurants, museums, and attractions, making it ideal for exploring the city. Decent Breakfast: The breakfast offered a good selection, though it became a bit repetitive during my stay. While the salads varied daily, the main dishes and sides remained unchanged. Still, it was satisfying enough to start the day. Friendly Staff: The hotel staff were polite and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Spa and Pool Access: A big bonus was having access to the spa and pool facilities, which added an extra layer of relaxation to the stay.

Pros: - great location! close to old town and main attractions. Many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. - good breakfast, till 11.00. Nice variety and taste - we had a room with spa access and that was good, I wouldn’t want to pay extra for it. - nice (though a bit small ) lobby area, ok size room with main facilities needed - nice spa, especially the steam room and sauna. And the warm pool with jacuzzi.

Waterpark and spa facilities were excellent. The position of the hotel was also very convenient so we could easily go to the central city. Cleanliness was also at satisfactory level.
