Lovely luxury hotel with a calm and quiet pool. Loved the location close to all the nice places in the old town as well as the harbour. Absolutely nicest staff ever! Very clean room and hotel. Everything was perfect.

The building was gorgeous. It had a lot of character. It also had a lot of new features , for an old building. A/C, elevator, beautiful pool/sauna area, renovated bathrooms with walk in showers, coffee maker and fresh bottle of sparkling water every day. Enough seating in room. The location is amazing. Friendly staff, especially Alexandra, she went out of her way to ask me if I was lost on the street, she always had a smile for us. If we ever travel to Tallinn again… we would stay there again .

The hotel is in a quiet part of Pikk tv, which was perfect because at night time there were no disturbances. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Before booking I read that some people had issues with hot water in the bathroom. But I had absolutely no issues with this. The water is lovely and hot for a warm bath or shower. The staff are exceptional! They were so helpful and friendly. Location was also excellent. It is a 5 minute walk from the main square. And a 15 minute walk to the port.
