The room was very comfortable albeit the bed was a little soft. Break fast was good, locations was fantastic, half way between the Opera house and old Hansa two venues that we had booked to visit. Staff bent over backwards to make our stay the best that it could be.

Hotel was in a great spot for visiting the Old Town, everything within walking distance. Some great restaurants and bars all again within walking distance. Hotel staff very friendly and plenty of choice at breakfast.

Spent two nights in the historical building junior suite. Beside getting a great off season price for the 37m2 suite ,I found the 1912 building charming with early 20th century art nouveau reminders everywhere. Very clean ,great buffet breakfasts, very kind and flexible staff ( I mean they have made it possible to have vegetarian breakfast box ready for a very early departure....) All and all ,not my first time in Tallinn ,nor my last time ,and sure enough if I need to book a room there again ,this hotel will be toplist .Did I mention location 😉❤️

The location was incredible. The hotel is right in the middle of old town. We were at the annex bulding, right across the street from the main building so you have to get fully dressed to get breakfast but it was ok for us, and the breakfast was very good, all kinds of different selection, and delicious. The room was very large and comfy as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall we had a very lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

Great central location, original historical features of the hotel and rooms, good heating in the winter, interesting historical pictures on the walls, very friendly staff at the reception, secure place

One of the staff in the reception was lovely. Rooms were big, beds very comfortable (but rooms also very bare with nothing on the walls). As a bonus a friendly seagull hung out by our window and kept us company.

Staff Yuri and Anna couldn't have done enough for us. Staff like this are hard to come by and are a testimonial for other hotels on first class customer service.

Excellent location in old town, close to all major sites, supermarket close, many restaurants within walking distance, on site bar, good breakfast.

Perfect Placing for Old Town...2 minutes to main Square.... Bars And Restaurants everywhere, can't go wrong.. Spoiled for choice... Plenty of Shops... Plus a Main retail Park within 10 minute walk...
