Very helpful and friendly staff that provides helpful suggestions and support to residents. Very quiet and peaceful despite being right next to the railway station Just across the street from transport hubs and stations, and a local market with good restaurants Not very far away from the city centre by public transport

This is a brilliant place to stay in Tallinn - fabulous location near train, bus and tram transport, Balti Jaam market, on edge of interesting local area Kalamaja and walking distance to the Old Town. Compact but quiet and comfortable room in spacious historic hotel. Very helpful staff. Highly recommended.

- I REALLY liked the reception lady who had to deal with a prejudiced older woman (she was checking in) barking at her and the husband, and did so with a backbone full of grace -they gave me a personalised entry code and it was very cute -location -got some neat timelapses of the trains from the window

The location of the hotel is superb, right next to the train station for easy travelling to other cities and the charming Balti Jaam Farmer's market and mall, and just 10 mins walk from the old city centre. Trams and buses just outside the front door too. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Brilliant value for money for the spot alone.
