The facilities were amazing, great options for both private and public onsen, with a lock on the ladies. The waiting area was really lovely, and a free ice lolly was super nice. The breakfast was good, diffident both Japanese and western options. The room was big and very nice, with toilet and bath separated.

Onsens were wonderful. Particularly liked how they had both public and private ones. Lots of little things that made you feel welcome - pyjamas, toasted marshmallows, complimentary popsicles etc. The breakfast was great and the staff were all really nice and helpful.

Good breakfast, the spa was great for evening relaxation and parking.made things convenient. The cherry on top was the free Asahi Draft beer in the lobby, for those who were thirsty after their travels.

This hotel was amazing and far exceeded my expectations! Really beautiful room, which was exceptionally clean and so big! I loved the private rooftop onsen, such a great way to end the day. Really nice view up on the rooftop balcony, and I really loved the complimentary coffee every afternoon/evening down in the foyer. A very easy and enjoyable walk to the train station, and about a 10 minute walk down to Sanmachi Suji. I really enjoyed my stay here, I wish it could have been longer. Would absolutely return.

Room was comfortable and spacious. The onsen was very nice and the oportunity of private onsen was especially great. The lobby/bar on the onsen floor with complimentary green tea and popsicle was nice and very enjoyable after onsen bath.
