Everything is great. Naturally the onsen and the Japanese experience of tatami floors and sliding doors are the highlights

Excelent place, not only the baths were great but also they had very wide opening hours and the whole experience of the kimonos + special no-shoe floor added a lot to the atmosphere while adding even more comfort.

Great service generally. But we booked for 4 and they left two camp beds unmade. When I called reception they said we had to make them. The Onsen gowns were also completely wrong size (4 adults) and they wouldn't bring new ones. It's a big concrete hotel made to look like a Ryoken inside but rooms are very small.

Beautiful old style hotel with tatami mat floors throughout past the reception desk. Very comfortable huge double mattress on the floor of our room. Lots of amenities. Great indoor and outdoor onsen. Very nice breakfast included. Lovely traditional entrance and garden.
