Dinner cannot be requested on-site. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation.The hotel's hot-spring baths are open from 15:00 till 09:30 in the morning.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
Guests must check in by 18:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed three sets of different dinners and breakfasts. The food was outstanding as was our room- very spacious. The private onsen was a delight at the end of a long day walking in the mountains. The staff could not have been friendlier and the premises were spotlessly clean. The location is in a quiet village on the main bus line to Shinhotaka Ropeway so has easy access to wonderful walking trails.

Outdoor private onsen bath is the best, no reservation needed. We love it very much. Dinner and breakfast are super. Room is spacious, clean, comfortable, with wide window opening to the view. Staff are kind and helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back sometime.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The Ryokan provided many amenities for guest usage, and the baths were good. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the food was the true highlight. Dinner was incredible - loved the sesame tofu, the soba soups, the beef dishes. Breakfast was lighter fare, but equally delicious.

Very delicious food including Hida Beef, nice atmosphere in the middle of the Japanese Alps. Very friendly staff and service. Most personnel could communicate at least a little in English.

The traditional style hotel, it was an amazing japanese experience, plus the private onsen were just great.I have some food restrictions and they were very nice and accommodating, I only mentioned it once via email and I revieved all my meals prepared separately.

We visited the onsen after dinner and was a very nice experience, the private onsens looked very traditional Japanese. We had a delightful evening here. The personnel was also super friendly.
