For extra guests exceeding the room occupancy, guests will be asked to separate rooms and additional charges will apply. Guests may not be accommodated if there is no availability.Special Requests are subject to availability.Due to renovations of facilities, the hotel will be under construction between 06 May 2020 until early November 2021. Guests may experience some noise and minor disturbances between 08:00-17:00. Works will mainly focus on ground floor facilities and entrance.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

Everything. Service is super nice and the tatami room was super comfortable. It was very clean everywhere. The location is a little bit off the old town but you can walk it within 10 minutes.

The hotel was very clean, the staff really helpful and sympathetic. Both Onsens were great. The breakfast had many options with japanese and western food and really delicious.

Spacious room, and clean. Tge whole hotel provides a confortable and relaxed environment. The onsen is great,and we particularly like the open air onsen.

We stayed for 2 nights at Orinkaku new wing, everything is so new and clean. Room is also consider spacious in japanese hotel standard. There are two onsens in the hotel, the ground floor one is really beautiful but it can be crowded at certain hours as it is also open to public with a fee. We prefer the basement one as it is less crowded and everything is so new and it's well equipped with the necessities. Buffet breakfast serves both western and japanese foods, plenty of choices, and they serve locally produced or signature dishes such as miso and milk. Location is not too far from the JR station and Nohi bus terminal, but the hotel provides shuttle bus services so it's not an issue.

A big hotel with lots of parking and onsite facilities The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The section we were in was quite dated but it was good value for money. The staff were helpful. The onsen was great.

Rooms are huge. They prepared the futons for us while we were having dinner at the hotel. Breakfast has good variety. We wore matching kimonos. There was convenience store 5 minutes from the hotel.
