Good value hotel a short tram ride to the station and port. The front desk lady was extremely helpful. Nice to have washing machine in room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and was equipped with a washing machine, stove, crockery and utensils making it convenient.

The location is good - we were able to walk around easy enough. They tell you what you need to know eg about the taxi service, food locations etc

The bunk room was great for a family of 4 and more spacious than other Japanese hotels we’ve stayed at. The kitchenette and washing machine and drying closet were a welcome bonus too. Self changing towels on each floor also a plus.

Everything you needed in one room. Great to have a washing machine. And shower transformung into druer room :) staff was great! So positive and helpful. Gave us the best dinner recommendation. Room also with charm.

Our room was very well set out, making good use of the space. The double bed was very large and comfortable. the futon was also good. The toilet and bathroom were great. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly.
