The host was extremely friendly and helpful. He put a lot of effort into planning my onward journey. A very nice large comfortable room.

The owner is very nice helpful and very friendly. We arrived very late in the evening and He waited for us to checkin. He also gave us all the information we needed to reach to Juifen since there’s a roadblock. He also informed the hotel that we are staying in Juifen that we are going to arrive late. He fixed our breakfast early in the morning so that we could reach the roadblock in time so that we could pass the roadblock between 12-13:00. He also gave us information about the balloons if we want to see the sunrise and meteor’s shower location.

Clean, spacious and pleasant room. Excellent English communication. Knowledgeable host, helpful and full of great inputs to make your visit memorable. Excellent vegetarian breakfast with customization options. Personal attention to each guests needs. Host helped to plan the trip in detail even before we check-in. Value for money stay with a host who genuinely cares about guests memories and comfort!
