The hotel's location is really good with many amenities like Macdonalds, 7-11, Watsons and other shops nearby. The train station is just a short walk away with an underground mall. The staff are really friendly and accomodated to my requests like hiring an airport taxi, carrying up a luggage rack and breaking currency for the coin laundry machine. Bottled water and amenity kits are replenished daily. The room and bathroom is generally clean

Excellent location, very clean rooms with comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff and free coffee in the lobby area. The TV has many channels. The room is quiet although the hotel is in a busy area.

Hotel is conveniently located near the metro station. Staff is friendly. Room is comfortable and there are washing machines too.

The location was good on brown and blue line, can get to most of Taipei in a short time. The hotel most of the stuff we need for travelling, provided 1 time use item like tooth brush etc.
