Location was excellent, near public transport and walkable to most places! Also so easy to hail a taxi or call an uber if needed. Staff were so professional and lovely. Rooms were clean and had all you needed. The hotel itself is absolutely massive with its own shopping centre. Most importantly it was quiet, no rowdy guests and you couldn’t hear your neighbours. There are great restaurants onsite and the room service was delicious. I really cannot fault this hotel and I would definitely stay again next time I am in Taiwan!

Great couple of nights stay precruise. Comfortable junior suite. Lovely and clean. Excellent bathroom facilities. Water and soda were provided in the fridge. Robes and slippers in the wardrobe. Fresh fruit is also a nice little touch in the room. Large and tasty choices at the buffet breakfast. Would recommend.

The location was close to the MRT. We found it easy to get around the city. Large hotel with a huge variety of food at breakfast and dinner. The staff were really helpful and organised which made for a smooth visit. The rooms had good views of the city and were large and clean. The beds were comfy.

Excellent location in downtown Taipei, close to major shopping districts, Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT stop, restaurants and nearby Daan park.

It was spacious. A grand entrance manned by staff at all times. A short walk to the metro. Room was big. Bathroom excellent. Expertly cleaned every day. It had many restaurants to choose from within the hotel. As 2 70 + ladies on our first visit not knowing what to expect we felt very safe and well catered for. On days when it rained the concierge provided us with large umbrellas.

Service staff were responsive. Given its age, it is interesting that certain elements from the past were preserved e.g old telephone booth, architecture, rosewood furniture.

The location is great for getting around all of Taipei. The bathroom was very nice and included a washlet, a large tub, and a shower with good water pressure. The room was also spacious.
