The private hot spring tube in the room and the fact that there was an extra toilet in the living area. There was also complimentary water, drinks, fruits and Petit fours. The room was relatively clean and they provide Dyson hairdryers. The public onsen was also available for use and as it was quiet, I had the space for myself. When you figure out how to get around, there is a short cut though some stairs to get to the main downtown area so the location is convenient and if you do not mind walking, you don’t even need to use the shuttle bus service.

Exceptional. Great service, amenities were all clear and explained to me in English, had a lovely time in the hot springs, the pool and the restaurant.

The bathtub was nice and had more space than we expected. Welcome fruit and snacks were provided daily during our stay.
