The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staffs were nice and accomodating. Wifi was strong at all times. Ice dispenser was located in the laundry room but no ice bucket in the room. You need to use the disposable cups. There were no disposable toiletries but you can request from the reception.

The room was considered big for a Japanese hotel. Everything about the room was CLEAN. Room service was superb too! Very central location, just few min walk to xi men street. & lots of food places nearby the hotel too. Would definitely stay here again the next trip to Taipei 🩵 Oh and reception staffs were very polite and professional too! Though they looked tired but greeted us whenever we’re back and/ or leaving the hotel. Thoughtful!

The room is very clean and they automatically replace the towels every day even though you are not requesting it. We had a very nice view of Taipei from our room, which I love. The location is very ideal as well. We are near the Ximen Station and Ximending Night Market as well. Very helpful and accommodating staffs.

Location was fantastic - so many food options within walking distance, HUGE rooms, great view of the river and city, clean rooms, great team that always greets us upon entering or exiting. Brand new build. Beds are so comfortable. Coin laundry was cheap, self locking luggage room, Checked ALL my boxes. Value for money.
