First time staying in this hotel.Good and convenient location as it's located near Taipei main station where there are many nearby shops and restaurants. Free to use the laundry room definitely a plus point. Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful too.

the location was very convenient to travel to the airport from the main train station and around the city has the hotel is just across the road from the main train and underground station. plenty of shops and places to eat and drink around the property and the rooms were clean and of a good size

Great location, a better description of the hotel’s location (eg indicating hotel is on the 19th floor) would have helped. Free coffee in the lounge was nice. Would be better if bagels and butter we provided.

Stayed for 4 days. Great location as very convenient to public transport options. Room was ok. Bathroom was small and old and really needs a renovation. Had a good view but the windows were filthy and you couldn't open them. Basic and clean but ok as we spent most of the time out of the hotel.

Best was the location and proximity to Taiwan Main Station where our tours started. And availability of food nearby. Staff were helpful. Room was spacious. Had sofa, armchair, coffee table. Generous wardrobe, drawers, desk with lamp and chair. The toilet was the great Japanese type with buttons for washing.

Front desk folks are wonderful and friendly. No restaurant but the lounge is equipped with a water dispenser, microwave, fridge, induction stove, pots pans, cutlery, utensils, coffee maker. Free washing machine usage. Basement 3 has a direct access link to Taipei Main Station underground plaza.

Very clean rooms albeit dated. We were only using the room for the day as we had a late flight home but it was perfect for what we needed. Had a shower and chill before heading off. Easy to find from the main station and only a 5 minute walk.
