Here are some tips on how to reach the hotel:
- From the airport to the hotel:
Take a Da-Yo Air Bus- Dayuan line and get off at Tatung university. Silken Hotel is located at the intersection of the end of Dehui Street and North Sinsheng Road. It may take 5 to 8 minutes on foot.
- From the hotel to the airport:
Walk to Imperial Hotel in 4 minutes and take Da-Yo Air Bus to Taoyuan International Airport.
* Alternatively, you may take a taxi to reach the hotel and it would cost around TWD 1500.- From the MRT station to the hotel:
Get off at ZhongShan Elementary School MRT Station and go straight along North Linsan Road (towards East Minzu Road). Then turn right at Dehui Street and the hotel is at your left side.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Hands-down the best hotel in a big city in Taiwan. We stayed here at the beginning of our trip and returned in the end. Friendly and very helpful staff! Room was good, comfortable bed and big enough. Nice city views. Location is in a lively neighborhood, many restaurants nearby. Next metro station is +/ 5 min walking distance, multiple bus stops are even closer.

We loved the location of the hotel, as well as the privacy of the rooms. We could not hear our neighbours which is a common complaint on reviews of other hotels. The bed was big and the room size was big. Free coffee and snacks downstairs. The staff were always friendly and welcoming and did an excellent job with housekeeping. We stayed 9 nights and had a great time.

Good as usual. Japanese toilets, all nice and tidy, not fancy but functional reception/lobby, strong Wi-Fi, no bad smells.
