Great customer service from the staff. Room and bathroom was spacious. Just a short walk from Dongmen station, Dongmen market, Memorial Hall and arts and craft street. Facilities were good, we didn’t have breakfast.

Friendly and helpful staff, complimentary umbrellas and luggage storage, quiet room, good shower with plenty of hot water for 3 adults, only 2 blocks (400m) from Dongmen Station and Markets and the walk is mostly covered (great in rain!), offers airport transfers (NTD 1900 from aiport, 1700 to airport)

The breakfast is not too elaborate but it has everything you need. I don't usually have a big breakfast but coffee and tea are provided, some fruit options, cereal, orange juice, eggs and then some asian options. It was more than sufficient for my needs. The room was fabulous. They upgraded me also. It was quiet, and dark, two things which I really like. You should familiarise yourself with the dashboard of buttons so that you can learn how to turn off all the lights. You can see this listed in the elevator. My room was very clean and actually, it is broken up into 3 rooms. The bathroom, a small sitting room, and the bedroom. 2 televisions. There is also a writing desk in the living room. There is an iron and ironing board provided in the room and a safe. The bathroom has a bath in it and it was very relaxing to take a bath. The toilet is Japanese style. The plug sockets seem to accommodate all types of plugs. I believe even European plugs could work in it. Along with that they have USB sockets to charge your devices. I slept really well in the room. The location is quite nice, as you can get anywhere quickly using the Dongmen line. There is also another line lower down. I would recommend getting an Easy Card, I even managed to get a bus to Jiufen Old Street and stayed there afterwards. The Easy Card works on the metro, on trains and buses. I also got a Taiwan sim, which was cheap. There is a Michelin star restaurant not far from the hotel called Mountain and Sea I believe. It was quite nice. However, there was an amazing fresh seafood restaurant on the right hand side of Daan Park. It's amazing. It's about a 15 minute walk. The reception staff in this hotel are wonderful.

Very nice comfortable room, with lots of space & storage. Excellent bathroom with a rain shower that has taken first place. Lovely helpful staff, good gym and self laundry.. good breakfast selection (unless you're really after sausage egg and chips and great coffee. Location is maybe 200m from metro, which is. 1/2 stops from main station to get anywhere.

The room was bigger than I expected. Myself and two friends shared a triple room. It had two beds in the bedroom and one in the lounge area which was more than I expected. The bathroom was big with separate bath and shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful The hotel is situated in a quiet area and near a metro station.
