The fine print
Please note that the Fitness centre will be closed for maintenance on first week first monday of each month.All guests should be over age 16 to use fitness centre facilities.In order to respond to environmental protection and protect the earth, from now on, the room will not actively display disposable accessories (toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shower cap, razor, dental floss, cotton swabs, makeup remover cotton, bath salt). If you need it during your stay, please go to the lobby counter on the 1st floor to ask for it for free.- Children under 11 years old can stay for free without breakfast and without occupying a bed.
- Children over 6 years old (inclusive) need to purchase breakfast separately. Breakfast is TWD 358 per guest (including 10% service charge).Renovation work is done from 08:00 to 18:00 during Monday till Friday.Renovation work will start from 18 November 2024 until 20 December 2024.The lobby are under renovation but still able to serve guest.There will be some noise during the construction period.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Let's start with the general appraisals, check-in service fantastic, concierge service so helpful and friendly, cafe in lobby service amazing! Hotel rooms and facilities are excellent and flawless. Besides the above, I experienced a little bit more, I had a mishap in the spa, long story short, without embarrassing myself with details. The incident revealed how genuinely caring the first responders and the entire hotel staff were. Their actions were first class, acted swiftly, decidedly with the customers' best interest at heart, and I'm deeply grateful.

It was conveniently located and the staff was helpful . Room was decent enough though a bit old. for New Year's Day, the hotel had prepared some nice drinks and snacks at the lobby for guests. Very generous of the hotel.
