Excellent staff without exception. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional. Nothing was too much trouble. They made our stay. The room was clean and comfortable with ample room for storage. Great breakfast which was customised to our liking. Also appreciated the tea, coffee and drinks available throughout the day.

Wow! We stayed at various hotels during our trip to Asia and this was the utmost best out of all of them!! Fantastic sized room, all amenities as expected, small private balcony, amazing bed! Bathroom was of a very good size and staff were professional yet friendly. The breakfasts were also amazing and the free tea / coffee / snacks throughout the rest of the day, along with a 'lounge' type area and outside terrace made our stay feel rather luxurious!

Near to train station. My wife like the gym. Food easily available. Breakfast was simple ans good. Coffee tea ava 24 hrs at cosy lobby.

The staff were incredible. Polite, helpful, alway happy, great level of English. Did everything to make it a great stay. Room not so big but comfortable beds and very quiet. Good windows, no traffic noise. Less than 5 mins walk from MRT station an a shopping centre that has 3 or 4 restaurants ( one Italian). Hotels in Taiwan not great at western style breakfast. Here, no problem. Asked if I could have simply egg, toast, bacon and some fruit and that's what I got. The lady in the kitchen even made rabbits from the orange segments. Stayed at this hotel at the beginning of holidays, returned for final week. Would definitely use again. Don't know if they read this, but a big thank you to all the staff again.

All saff were very helpful. The leisure club you have access to is excellent, just remember to bring a swim cap for the pool. The bed was large and comfortable. Coffee and tea available all day and night but there are no restaurants in the hotel.
