our room was big and comfortable. quite from voices. the staff was very very friendly and attentive. specially when asking for a shuttle to downtown.

The hot spring bath was exactly as in the website photo with a wonderful view of the mountains and surrounding houses. The location of the hotel is excellent. Within walking distance to Thermal Valley, the Hot Spring Museum and the beautiful Library. The breakfast provided was ample and not too elaborate with the right mix of Chinese morning dishes like dim sum and Continental offerings.

Very clean and friendly helpful staff. They also had a handy laundry service as well as a shuttle bus to and from mrt.

We were upgraded to a room with a sauna and hot spring spa which was a pleasant surprise. Room is spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is adequate for both of us, simple and nice. Double One provides shuttle service to and from the town centre which was very helpful. All in all a we had a pleasant stay in Double One.

Nice customer service by the hotel as they sent off staff for pickup service at our request from the nearest station as there was no taxi or public transport service due to typhoon.

We are so happy that they upgraded our room as free and we love the suite room has a private hot spring in outside. Its not actually outside but separately in room and we are really enjoying. The room is super tidy and clean, the bed is huge and good enough for three in whole family.
