The property provides shuttle service from MRT station to the Resort the station and time are as below:
- MRT New Beitou Station 09:00 - 12:00 / 15:00 - 22:00There are check-in time difference between Peak Season and Low Season.
- Peak Season Check in Time - 19:00
- Low Season Check in Time - 17:00For extra bed per person, the price is NTD 800 / Person.During the end of the year and the lunar Chinese New Year, the price is NTD 1000 / Person. For children whose height is under 110 cm, it's free for one child and charges NTD 400 for extra children. For children who are between 110-140 cm, NTD 400 will be charged. Children whose height is above 140 cm, they will be charged the full price.

The private bath with hot spring water! It was quite possibly the best part of my stay in all of Taiwan. The room with the tatami mats was very luxurious. A good location with a nearby bus stop.

i had an overall good stay at this hotel. The breakfast was warm and enjoyable—neither overly impressive nor disappointing, just a nice start to the day. The cleanliness and space of the room met expectations and was up to standard, which added to the comfort of my stay

The ambience of the property is very relaxing and a place you would like to comeback to rest and enjoy the hot spring. The staffs are helpful, friendly and efficient. There is a transport to the nearest mrt station to and fro.

Although the hotel isn’t new, you can see their hard work in maintaining and upgrading the facilities. The staff provides great service, and most importantly, the shuttle service to the MRT makes the location less of an issue. I recommend buying some food before checking in, but ordering delivery to the hotel is very convenient! Breakfast is great. The food is replenished, so if you don't run into guests with big appetites, you don't need to worry. The rooms are worth the price—clean and comfortable. The hot spring is excellent. The only downside is no lift, so you might have to go for a few stairs. This is a hotel I’d definitely visit again. You can feel their effort and care in every detail.

Nice place once you find it but it was very difficult to find it on google map. The room was spacious with hot spring bathtub in the bathroom. The staff doesn't really speak english but do their best to communicate and reply the question we had. They are all very nice

Location is good, within walking distance to major attractions. Accommodation offer complimentary transport back to hotel near the MRT station. Love the in-room hot spring, it's convenient and relaxing especially after a whole day of walking.
