Location is ok. Services from staff were excellent, we asked for help in restaurant recommendations and booking! It was carried out nicely!

Location of hotel is great. It is near to train station, 7-11, familymarts and a famous bakery (Leechi). Family Room is huge and clean. Bathroom has all the facilities (i.e. bidet, bath tub, 2 x basins etc.)

The room was big and clean. The staff was very friendly and there were lots of free snacks in the room

It was near a mrt station with about 5mins walk. There were many eating places for breakfast, lunch and convenience stores. They also had hot, warm and cold dispenser just outside the rooms corridor.

Basically I like its excellent location, where within walking distance, you can get to the subway, restaurants and convenience stores. Taxi can be hailed just outside the hotel, which the staff is ever willing to assist you. We enjoyed the breakfast which is a mixture of asian and western cuisine. The rooms very clean which is a plus.

Great hotel, location is great also very easy to access to shops and public transport. Great staff from front desk, restaurant staff, always want to provide whatever they could and go with the extra mile if possible. Very sincere and absolutely outstanding.

Excellent rooms, very comfortable, although didn't stay in during day as too much to do in Taipei. Breakfast excellent and sufficient both western european style and asian. Location excellent with short walk upto the nearest MRT station on Green / Orange line and easy transfers to all around Taipei. Local mini-marts next to hotel to grab anything needed, can print off THSR tickets from kiosk.

The service and facilities at this hotel were top notch. The breakfast spread was particularly brilliant (but note they do not replenish the selection as the end of breakfast nears, if you arrive at 9.45 the choice will be significantly less).
