toilet seat is warmed (important during winter); the hotel provided free laundromat (self service, washing machine and dryer); free tea and coffee beverages and free instant noodles (after 10 pm every night); and reliable hot water for showers . also assisted with booking of Michelin starred breakfast (soya milk and fried dough sticks known as you tiaos wrapped with omelette (dan bing ) and grilled dough (Shao bing ) ; staff are responsive and makes you feel welcomed; the hotel is walking distance from the HSR train station as well as the air port MRT (which is accessible from nearby Q square mall basement 1 level ); and also walking distance to Ningxia night market

Very friendly staff providing customized service. Facilities are great and very functional. Location is nice to move around to almost any places and accessible to a lot of tourist attractions. Plenty of pharmacies and convenience stores nearby, meeting all your basic needs.

Just a stone throw away from Taipei Main Station. Location is perfect. Room is small but clean. They have a room where you can go and do your laundry for free. They also provide some clip noodles in that room but we didn’t need them. Room is a little small but it has all the facilities. They also provide some snack for you daily which is nice. Toilet is clean and has a bidet.

The room is clean and the facilities provided are great. The hotel is located near the Taipei Main Station and it is very convenient for us to move around the city from there. The area around the hotel is also very interesting with local eateries and interesting shops. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I like this hotel, its is my first choice when traveling to Taiwan (so far three times). Location is 5 minute from the Train station and two MRT stations. In near surrounding have 7/11 and FamilyMart, many dinning options. Possibility for self-laundry. Reception desk is very professional and helpful.

Excellent amenities for travellers- free laundry services, snacks and beverages available at ground floor pantry. Shower was great- good pressure and heats up quickly.

I liked the most the location of the hotel. It ´s just few minutes walking from Taipei main station. Also additional services that hotel offers are superb. We really enjoyed the stay here

The CityInn provided a clean and comfortable room with self-service laundry downstairs. Staff were nice and gave good recommendations. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk away from the station as well as bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed the night market which is only a 10 minute walk away.
