All staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. They tried their best to help you, sometime I even don’t think that was their responsibility. The entire room is clean and tidy.

Near Exit 3 of Ximen MRT Station. They have free snacks, tea and coffee in the common room. You can also use the laundry machine for free. The staff are very accomodating and friendly. Check in time is 3pm, but you can leave your luggage in the reception area while you enjoy roaming around without carrying your luggages before your chek in time. They clean your room and advises you about the weather so you can prepare for your tours the next day.

i like our housekeeper.. small touches and details. i have my own soap and he/she put a soap rest for my soap right next to the shower.. and i have my phone chargers in the table.. and she put an organizer tag to it.. small touch that makes a big difference!

Hands down this hotel is fantastic for it's location! Super close to the metro! Friendly staff and easy check-in. While our room was on the small side, it was very clean and had a spacious bathroom. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water.

The location was fantastic but nothing much to eat nearby in the morning, you gotten walk towards the Main Ximending area which is 5 mins away. There are bakeries nearby to buy for the next day. The MRT is nearby but we took Cabs most of the time as we have 4A2C.

Like our room as it was spacious enough for 2 Pax and had the view of the street. the sound proofing is also good. The location to ximending was great as its just 5 mins walk away and MRT is below.

The receptionists are all well trained and friendly. Hotel location is superb, near to the Ximen Metro exit. There is no worried about carrying luggage as you can easily access the escalator at Metro exit. Personally felt thankful that we picked this hotel as our stay for 3 days as we met Typhoon Kong Rey, the hotel provides FOC laundry services and free cup noodles each night which is a value added point especially during Typhoon time. Rooms are comfortable and clean, housekeeping are in place.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They were very polite. Whenever we enter the lobby, they will all stand up. So I asked one of them, why must they do that. She said to welcome us!
