New hotel. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. Excellent location as it was next to a train station and a block away from MRT. They have a smoker designated area outside the hotel, so the smokers don't just smoke anywhere they like. Two coin laundries are 4 mins walking distance from the hotel.

The location, cleanness, and sound insulation were great. The mattresses on the beds were new and comfortable. The cleaning service was very good, too, and at the level of a 5-star hotel.

Location is excellent. Longshan MRT is less than 5minutes walk. Train station is just beside the hotel. Love the room layout which is convenient when we have 2-3 persons staying in the room, with separate shower & toilet. And the sink is outside the bathroom. We have a day bed too in our triple-sharing room. Room size is reasonable. The concierge staff is always helpful. The self check-in process was smooth, & there was a staff to help us.

big comfy bed, excellent toilet with separate compartments, automated bidet spray, lighting control for working at night when family is sleeping. a lot of floor space to put our luggage. fridge to put drinks.

The hotel is conveniently located with short walking distance to Longshan metro station. Room was clean and staff were extremely helpful and friendly including all the housekeeping staff.
