Really loved the whole experience at Aloft. The staff were helpful, they even surprised me with a birthday cake, really appreciate the kind gesture. Room was spacious and clean, very well equipped as well. Interior was very new and made it a very enjoyable stay. There is also a convenience store just less than 3 minutes walk away for late night cravings.

I like that the hotel was easy to book. It's easy to find using a taxi. Check in and check out were both quick. Good selections for buffet breakfast. Room was spacious with nice view. We appreciate the safety deposit box, iron and hairdryer. Bathroom was also spacious enough. We liked that there were several power outlets, very convenient in charging phones, laptops and gadgets. Qiyan station was about 400 meters away. Qiyan is on the red line that goes straight to Taipei main station. The area (Beitou) has a lot of spa and hot spring resorts. One time when I was in the lobby, a guest came in with her dog. I love pet-friendly hotels.

Plenty of breakfast choice to satisfy the need of guests from different countries, which is very good. Room is very clean. I got myself locked outside the room, and they come up to save me, a little embarrassing from myside, but they are very helpful.
