Very good location. There is a common area on the ground floor with tables and couches (no friends-making vibe on the night I stayed though).

Good location, not too far from the Taipei main station and metro station. Bed was cosy, clean and comfortable, with curtain, light and power sockets including usb outlets. My room came with a small table with mirror if I want to do my makeup or whatever. Lockers were included in the room. Bathroom was clean too and not too occupied most of the time. There were hairdryers. Shower stalls came with shampoo and body wash liquid. Common room allowed one to store food in the fridge, cook and refill water. Hostel seems to be maintained and managed by Japanese.

Nice hostel with great staff. I had 3 nights there, AC is working well during daytime. At night its sooo hot you almost die. But it seems to be a known problem, but not solved during my stay...

Very welcoming and helpful ladies at reception. Big enough rooms and comfortable beds with A/C. The space for the showers/toilets works very well. Good location, close to MRT stations of red, blue and green lines and a 10-15 min walking to main bus/train stations.

The staff was incredibly kind. They even asked if I wanted to switch to a lower bunk bed when one became available without me prompting the question. The bed was great, and I greatly appreciated the larger lockers in the room. Not a ton of room for luggage, but manageable. The communal/shared space was nice. I would prefer staying a bit closer to the main train station, otherwise I'd be happy to come back.
