The room was spacious and very clean with kitchenette and own washing machine/dryer. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. We were greeted by a very friendly host who helped us arrange travel to places around the area. Highly recommend.

The room exceeded our expectations - large, modern studio space that was perfect for a couple with a small child. Staff was very friendly and though not all spoke English, we were able to communicate using Google translate. Great location within walking distance to Hayashi Department store, temples, and tons of restaurants and cafe. About a 20-min taxi ride to Anping district and other historic sites.

We liked everything - very comfortable beds, nicely air conditioned, very clean and large rooms. We liked it so much ended up staying an extra night - this was our favourite place to stay while in Taiwan. There is no breakfast included but we got a steam bun and coffee to start the day.

Great stay, very comfortable and large room featuring a kitchenette bathtub and shower and washing machine, very friendly staff provided us with a welcome drink and biscuits. Highly recommended

Ridiculously huge rooms for being in downtown Tainan; Secure building and an elevator. Helpful staff; Close to stores, cafes, breakfast spots and certain bus stops.

Nice cozy boutique hotel beautifully decorated. Spacious room with a dining table, fridge and washing machine. I particularly like the shower head. Delicious steam bun in the morning and welcome afternoon tea are a bonus for room only rate. Really happy with my stay here at MSUG Hotel. I will definitely choose to stay here if I come to Tainan again .

A small property with good size room and very comfortable bed. Excellent gormet breakfast served warm in a set, good drip coffee provided in room. Washer cum dryer provided in the room is a bonus.
