The property is well located and the owner is very nice. The room’s cleanliness was fair. It felt welcoming. I would have given a better rating if it wasn’t for the leak.

Allen is a very cheerful and helpful host! He gave us many recommendations for places to eat and greeted us with some cold drinks as he knew that we came by bicycle and it was a very hot day - it's the small things! We stayed 3 nights in the guesthouse and really enjoyed our time there. Since it was very hot we spent much time inside during the day. The common area has everything one can wish for - games, TV, coffee... :) it's a 100 percent recommendation!
