Please note that the fitness centre, swimming pool and sauna are open from 6:30 to 22:00 daily. These facilities are closed for maintenance every day from 12:00 until 13:30. These facilities are also unavailable every first Tuesday of the month from 06:30 until 13:30.Children under 16 years old or under 140 cm are not allowed in the fitness centre.A Sustainable Journey. The hotel has a great location, close to both the train station and the main attractions (if one excludes Anping). The sauna/onsen is very modern and pleasant. Although the breakfast does not change daily, the offer is so broad (and of high quality) that one can always find something nice to eat.

Nice view of the city from the top floors! It’s a large hotel with many rooms and guests. Overall, it was a good hotel and very convenient for our stay.

fantastic staff and location. Just 5 min walk to many famouse smll eateries and Tainan food street. also close to some key tourist attractions. we stayed for 3nites. I left behind an item and the hotel was quick to respond to my search. They found the item and confirmed with pics. delivered the item to Taipei for me. Extremely helpful and patient staff.

The staff are really the standout feature of this hotel. They are incredible and go above and beyond to help. Room is fine, but like many hotels in Taiwan, you're paying more than you would in other places for a less nice room. The location is walkable to many of the temples and there are plenty of places to get food and drinks nearby. Breakfast had a lot of choice and the quality was good. The gym is quite big with a good range of equipment and some space for yoga mats.

The hotel is centrally located and everything is at one's finger tips. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff efficient and helpful.

This is a good value hotel, with professional services and offering a buffet breakfast, offering multiple international and local cuisines. We are full daily. My parents are thrilled with the service and the room service, with helpful assistants to watch channels. The location is perfect; for accessing sightseeing quickly or taking a walk comfortably. There is free bus transit between the high-speed train station and the hotel nearby. Based on the hotel's instructions, it takes 30mins and then a few minutes walking to find the hotel. We will stay here again when visiting Tainan certainly. It would help if you experienced this, making the trip unforgettable. 早餐非常豐盛，很多選擇小吃與異國料理，非常乾凈

Hotel was modern, clean and in a good location. Staff were very helpful. Room were large, beds very comfortable. Showers were big too. We had a bathtub in our room which was nice.
