Free laundry room, nice vibes, cozy room, amazing staff & have free drinks voucher everyday. Housekeeping is great too. 7-11 is less than 5mins aways!

It is exceptionally good! We love it and would totally recommend you to stay here. The breakfast was good and they serve tea time and supper! We love it that there is also foc self service laundry.

- Travelled all over Taiwan and stayed at 5 hotels, the staff at the Kindness Day in Tainan were the friendliest, most professional and helpful of all. The staff were able to anticipate needs and were proactive in approaching me to ask if I required assistance. The room was one of the cleanest we stayed in. - Tea, coffee and ice-cream available 24/7. - I was impressed with the outstanding food handling procedures of staff at the hotel who wore gloves, ensured spilt food and tables were cleaned immediately. - The bathroom was fantastic, and met all of our needs. - The breakfast menu was vast, though it did cater to Asian tastes. There were some (very limited) western options which included cereal, salad, toast and croissants. The croissants were very sweet, which is would later learn is because in Tainan, they prefer their food a little sweeter - I do feel however, that the hotel could source a better quality croissants for westerners, particularly when the food choices for those not wanting to eat Asian food is so limited. The first morning they served oranges and the second morning, bananas. The coffee was bean to cup, and very drinkable. - This hotel also served dinner!! The menu was the same over two nights, and again catered for mainly Asians tastes. Dinner also included a drink of beer or juice! - We used the laundry facilities, which did not include a cost, and the machine and dryer worked without drama.
