Receptionists (day and night shifts) are awesome! Helpful, friendly and professional. Couldn’t believe that we got upgraded (thanks to staff). The room was cozy, lovely and clean. Staff replied message soon and helped. Walkable distance (less than 10 minutes) to metro. The price was fabulous!! Strongly recommend to visitors, definitely come back next time visit Taichung.

Huge rooms, that seemed to be designed to sleep a family, and a nice breakfast buffet. Very good value for money, with friendly staff and an efficient check-out

A decent option in Taichung. Many bus lines pass right by -- 15 minute ride to Taichung Station. Breakfast sandwiches were OK. They seem to be rehabbing the hotel floor by floor. The cheap rooms are still the 'old' areas.
