Great location, the room looks exactly like the pictures, stylish interior, nice layout and a view of the city. Bus and bike are around the corner. Staff are helpful, you just need Ggl translate.

Location is great! Near Taichung station and city centre and a couple of meters away from the bus stop to sun moon lake (gancheng station). People from reception didn’t speak any English but they were very kind and tried their best to explain everything through google translate.

Convenient location, close to the main bus/train station with multiple bus stations nearby. The building itself was new and clean. The toilet also comes with a bidet, so that's great. Reception was welcoming and we were able to leave our luggage before check-in.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They even gave us some chocolates because it was chinese valentines day the weekend before. The room was spacious and like the pictures.

Comfort, location, convenience of access, air conditioning and condition of bathroom. Offered tea and water, which was kind. Close to the Nantou bus stop to Sun Moon lake.

Location is great, about 15 mins walk to the night market and 10 mins to the train station. decent size rooms free instant noodles on saturdays Passcode locks - very convenient

The location is near the pick up point for going to Sun Moon lake area. Conplete amenities and clean room. Free snacks and drinks to be enjoyed in the living room. Early baggage storage before check in time.
