Good breakfast, for 200 peso per person on demand. Quality products and a variety of fruit, filling aswell! Host is superb, very friendly, helpful, accomodating. We had the ability to rent a scooter, very convenient. Clean sheets, floors and toiletries provided.

Alan is a super host. Excellent communication. Made my 2 night stay, so much more comfortable. He reached out before i arrived to check what time i will arrive and gave suggestions on transportation options. I hired one of their scooters for my own day tour to all the locations Alan suggested - Chocolate Hills, Pangas Falls, Loboc River Cruise, Beach - as well as other stops along the route. This was really fun to do if you are comfortable riding a scooter.. Roads weren't much busy (in October) and people drive carefully. The accommodation itself is clean, comfortable, as expected for the price. The additional breakfast option was nice. It's close to Tagbilaran port (5-10 mins drive). Alan kindly dropped me off around 6am to catch my ferry! Would stay here again!

On booking.com it says the room is 40sq meters, it is incorrect, I’d say it’s half that size. The owner Alan explained this is a mistake and he has been unable to have it corrected. The room however is a very decent size and is very clean and comfortable. It has nice artwork on the walls, a big smart tv with Netflix, and a very comfy bed. I really loved the room. The owner Alan is amazing. A genuinely nice man and so friendly and helpful. I’ve loved my stay here and will definitely come back. Highly recommend this place!

Host was so helpful and friendly. It's located near the city center. Restaurants are just 3-5 minutes away. The property's super spacious. Really value for money.
