Location was convenient for me. Quality of room was above average. Staff were polite and friendly. I had a nice breakfast in the on site restaurant.

it is a nice hotel, looks cool, and in a good location if you want to visit tacoma, our last trip was not great as they had issues with not having the room we reserved.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was nice, and the bed was very comfy. We went down for breakfast one morning, and it was really tasty - especially liked the cinnamon french toast.

Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. The location is good, situated in downtown Tacoma, and it has a parking lot. However, guests still need to pay a parking fee of $26 per night. The glass art decorations in the hotel lobby are fantastic, with vibrant colors and a variety of shapes. The front desk staff are also very professional. Booking provided a free upgrade to the club floor, which was a pleasant surprise, along with complimentary breakfast. The breakfast, served in the exclusive restaurant on the club floor, is a typical continental buffet, with the bonus of a view of Mount Rainier just outside the restaurant. The club room is not very large, but you can see Mount Rainier right from the window, and even from the bed, which was an unexpected delight. It happened to be the Fourth of July on the day we checked in, and it was wonderful to sit by the window and watch the fireworks outside. The quality of the bedding is very good, and the mattress is very comfortable. However, the furniture in the room is relatively old, though the table lamp is quite beautiful.
