Team, rooms, food, cafe, breakfast are all excellent for this location/price point, except for the noise in some rooms.

Very good spot to stay lovely clean rooms a bit smaller than I expected but good otherwise very nice and helpful staff top notch breakfast so out of 5 stars most probably about 4
