Please note that the schedule for the ferry between Taboga and Panama City is very strict.
Guests are kindly advised to get in touch with the property right after booking for more information and transportation arrangements.Guests can avail free shuttle transfer upon booking , on request.Cancellations after the cancellation period will be charged.On arrival to Taboga a local taxi is recommended because Cerrito is at the edge of the village.We welcome pets in the suites, not the rooms, there is an additional charge for pets, and they must be pre-approved.Potable drinking water outside of Panama City is rare and Taboga is no exception.
The tap water is not potable. Please bring water or you can buy it from the shop nearby.Home made full BREAKFAST at additional charge which you can pay when booking.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

We stayed at the ecolodge for one night and the hosts were very nice and helpful. They picked us up and also dropped us off at the ferry again, which was very helpful with heavy backpacks :) The view from the lodge is great and the terrace and pool area is very nice to chill after a day at the beach or a little hike!

The staff was lovely, the attitude to the customer is amazing, breakfast was freshly prepared, you can use balcony and the pool. They have free shuttle before check in and after check out and you have discounts at the Best restaurant in Taboga. The room is spacious.

This property was fantastic to stay at. The hosts Vicky and Cynthia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. The service was 10/10 especially regard arrival and drop off from the ferry port (the hill is a biggie, but makes the views phenomenal). The Eco Lodge takes pride in recycling and looking after the environment. Activities such as hiking and Sea fishing were available in which I did both. Regarding hiking there are some fantastic whattsapp guides and the sea fishing was with a local man called Freddie, the trip was a success and two big Spanish mackerel were caught, it was a great day! Everything from the service to the best pina colada on the island (thank you Vicki) was top notch. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay for anyone looking to travel to Taboga island.

Cynthia and Victoria are very friendly and helpful and give me a wonderful impression from Taboga. Also the rooms are very nice, clean and situated in a quiet area. I can recommend this Lodge 100%.

The pool area and terrace were so peaceful and relaxing, everything was super clean and our personal space was perfect. Vicky was an amazing host and answered questions quickly, as well as helping us arrange our activities. She even cut some beautiful flowers for our room on my birthday and went out of her way to make our visit special. We were at Cerrito for a week and it was very quiet on Taboga during the off season, but exactly what we wanted. We were able to walk, take a boat trip, have a day back on the mainland, and of course spend loads of time relaxing on the beach or by the pool. It’s a hot and hilly island so could be hard to walk around if you have mobility issues but again, Vicky was amazing at arranging transport if needed. My husband and I love the challenge though so spent our time enjoying the extra exercise! Thank you Cerrito!

The Place Is perfect for a relaxing time, we went in October and loved that it was super calm and quiet. The breakfast was super good and homemade at the time you ordered it, meaning a warm one.

Really loved our stay here, we even got upgraded to a better room because it was empty. Vicky was tremendous in welcoming us and making us feel at home. Amazing views and memories to cherish.
