Super friendly owner, great location, excellent facility which was clean and comfortable with a very nice living area, dining room and fantastic kitchen. Never seen such a nice hostel before!

Hygge is a word commonly used in Norway when describing the coziness or warmth experienced and Lofoton Planet base camp has an abundance of it. From the moment you walk in especially on cold days, you are greated with house slippers and a cozy common area. We travelled with friends who have a toddler and the common area was awesome because it had a projector and plenty of space for her to play with her toys. All the other travelers were also so welcoming. And the owners from the moment we checked in were super attentive, even though we never had the opportunity to meet in person as we arrived late in the evening and departed very early.

Very well set up in the communal areas. Room though small, was attractively appointed and had everything one needed. Very clean, staff great. Worth the money.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was extremely clean and felt really cozy. The staff was also very friendly. The location was great - very close to the ferry.

Super comfortable beds, clean washrooms, full stacked kitchen, spacious living and dining area, gracious hosts. Every detail was well thought through, we were super impressed. Highly recommend to anyone visiting this part of Lofoten.

Super cozy place, small room but well organized with storage space under the bed. Shared bathroom very spacious and very clean with possibility to use the washing machine (+dryer) for free. Loved the Meraki soap! Very clean and well equipped kitchen.

Everything. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the place is clean and super comfortable. The shared kitchen is very well equipped and there is a good number of shared bathrooms which make you feel as if you have your own.

Our room was really good, we didn't expect that in a house which is shared by multiple guests. Everything in the room was very well equipped and furnitured.

Great experience and nice location by the lake. Small but very nice rooms. The shared bathrooms were very good standard. Livingroom and kitchen was also very nice and it never felt crowded. Shops, café and restaurant within a short walk. Petr in the reception gave great tips and thanks to him we also got the oppurtunity to see orcas for the first time. Will definitely return if i'll have the chance!
