Friendly staff. Delicious and diversified breakfast, great facilities for kids esp. Swimming pool and kids area including animations for kids. Availability of sauna and gym for adults. Italian restaurant at the facility with good food that you could also order as take away and have it delivered to your apartment. Proximity of shops, kids ski/sleighs area.

Platinum apartments does have nice and big apartment. Apartments are equipped with kitchenet which is very handy if you are travelling with toddler. You have a variety of options at the breakfast. Swimming pool and sauna facilities are great. Our kid(15 months old) really enjoyed the kids pool and play room.

This was our second stay and again - everything was great. This is a great venue for families with children. We appreciate the pool suitable for small kids with attractions, italian restaurant within the resort - with gluten-free options! Nice playground outside and child corner inside. Perfect breakfast with lots of children options. Suitable for gluten-free as well. Will come again.

We appreciated the kind check-in staff, and the clean pool areas. Very quiet and comfortable room, with everything we needed to celebrate our son's birthday. This is a gem of a property, worth the trip !!
