This place has been recommendned to us by a friend It's a fantastic location near all the facilities, shopping, entertainments, walks, cycling, transports (if needed there is a taxi 7mins walk), restaurants & bars literally 30m away. Despite the close restaurants and pubs it isn't noisy at all....and bear in mind there is no circulation a part from the access to the garden-parking for the cars. Our room was facing the river and Mountains so day & night we have a wonderful view from our balcony. The room was pretty simple, we are couple with our 5yrs old son, so we had 1 main room where you have1 confortable king size bed and 1 sofa bed, kitchenette and shower/toilet room. we were located on the 2nd floor- last floor- You have a wardrobe, and the iron is located on the ground floor, where you can iron your clothes, but if you deciced you can bring this up to your room just don't forget to put it back as some others tenants may be looking for it ;) The room was clean like the building itselfs, it is always smell fresh, you will note the cleaners/staff are working very hard for this. The bins are located on each of the floor next to the stairs, but despite being place there we never experienced any smells or seen dirts..again thanks to the staff!

Brilliant location just by the lovely Grajcarek river, very modern and clean rooms with fairly spacious bathrooms, dedicated parking space, safe and quiet environment, walking distance from restaurants and food shops and attractions. The property itself is very well looked after.
