We recently had the pleasure of staying at Giovanni Apartments, and it exceeded all my expectations. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. A special mention must go to Vangelis, who provided invaluable recommendations for local dining and drinks—his suggestions truly enhanced my experience. The room itself was both immaculate and beautifully designed, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The apartment's location was equally impressive, set in a stunning area that provided both tranquility and picturesque views. The garden was a highlight, featuring lush greenery and a serene atmosphere that made it a wonderful spot to relax. Great garden to sit in And Evan our host gave a lot of helpful tips It is away from the town and road, as such very peaceful in the evening, but walkable to the town at night Durin the day I would advice te car when it is very hot

The hosts were incredibly kind! The balcony provided an extraordinary view, and the property offered free parking and featured a beautiful garden. Quiet at night, making it ideal for families with kids. The appartement was exceptionally clean. Overall, it offered the best value for money in Sivota.

Great Yard, comfirtable beds, very responsive and kind host. We we more than satisfied. The best beach in Sivota (Zavia beach) is only 5 min walk from apartment. There are olive trees and free parking.
