Great location very close to a lovely beach. Our room was spacious with a great terrace. We really enjoyed our time there. It was also welcome to cook a couple of simple meals.

The location is perfect, quiet and close to the Karvouno and Bella Vraka beaches. The staff very friendly and willing to serve you. Generally very clean and with a nice garden

Location to the beach(es) (Karvouno and Bella Vraka) was great. Apartment is very clean, sheets and towels were changed every other day. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Everyone was very helpful.

Everything was great, close to Bella Vraka and Karvouno beach. 10 minute walk to city centar and nice parking spot next to the apartment.

This time was our second in the same property. Reason? Simply, everything is perfect. Location very near to the beach, comfortable walk to the town, well-equipped room and nice garden, parking place on the spot, kind staff and reasonable price. I don't need anything more. If I ever come to Sivota again, it will be in Edem studios.
