Costa Smeralda really exceeded our expectations!! We asked for a room with great view and they sure delivered! The whole resort has an amazing view and is on perfect location. The breakfast was great, the pool was clean and with salt water. The staff was friendly and the housekeeping was on point as well. All and all we had a great time at Costa Smeralda, will visit them again for sure!

The view is wonderful, the courtyard is very pleasant, with a good improvised beach place by the sea, the parking spaces are an advantage, the bar-restaurant near the pool offers a few dishes daily, breakfast is acceptable, but the rooms are very small, incredibly small I would say (when you go up with your luggage you actually have no more place to move around) and, for a 4-star hotel, would require some improvements. The location itself is ok – 10 min walk downhill from the port and the restaurants, but, on the way back, the time is double climbing up the hill, Bella Vraka beach is no more than 5 minutes walk away. Except for the accommodation conditions – the small and outdated room and bathroom, which require some improvements, the location is, however, very pleasant. Also, the staff deserves to be appreciated for their availability and attention.

Location is great, you have the marvelous Bela Vraka 5 minutes away from you. The private beach is awesome if you don't want to go anywhere. The balcony is a huge plus - tremendous view ! The pool did look great but there were a lot of people using it so we didn't try our luck with it. The location is very very quiet so if you want to get a proper rest, this is what you're looking for. The rooms get cleaned every day.

A warm welcome with extremely accommodating staff. The most idyllic location with additional facilities (at the time, kayaks left at the hotel for guests to use).

Great staff! 2 ladies were extremely helpful with everything (thank you for the delightful drinks). Nice swimming pool with a great view. Private beach downstairs. Tasty breakfast. Strong wifi. Unfortunately, we could only stay there for one night but the place was great.

The view is spectacular and the beach area is rocky with crystal water. The different buildings arre sorrounded by a variety of flowers which give you a sense of tranquility. The staff was very nice. Would definitely raccomend!

When a tourist returns 3 times in a year to the same location, it means that it was not nice, it means that he had a great time. It is a place where you do not lack anything, starting from the clean rooms(every day) with a wonderful view, the varied breakfast, parking spaces at the hotel, the pontoon by the sea, the facilities to spend time at sea (kayaks), and last but not least the staff so attentive to our needs, Theodora and Elina, two wonderful girls, always with a contagious smile and so kind, the bar is in good hands.💅 If by any chance you have problems or want something, ask the manager Sofia👸,With an imposing presence, it solves everything that is needed, from reception to power outages, (thank you for the birthday cake) ☺️. I don't know how this hotel would function without her, without the whole team,It would not be the same, thank you very much for everything you have done for us and for the warm with which we were welcomed I'm sure we'll see each other again, maybe even next year (now we are locals)

as a couple we have been travelling for nearly 6 weeks, so to find this little piece of paradise was exactly what we needed. The room was large and opened onto the deck overlooking the coast. Access to beach is easy as is access to the town. If you are thinking of staying in this area do it.
