After spending a few weeks in different hotels around greek islands, i can say that this was the cleanest of all of them. It was a family run hotel with very helpful and kind people.The location is Top, walking distance from all the restaurants, bars , supermarkets.I fully recomend this hotel.

The view is great , is probably one of the best location to stay in this small port called Sivota. You are basically in the second row of houses, the first one being represented by taverns and supermarkets . And being placed above them, because of the hill ramp ,you can perfectly see the port with the yachts and boats. It is actually much closer than it looks in the pictures. The balcony with the view is small but cosy , right like in the pictures, large enough for two people staying and drink coffee or anything else. Actually the entire studio was just like in the pictures, with simple but good quality furniture, fresh white painted, very very clean, with an entrance into a hall with cucinetta aria and at the end of the hall you have bathroom on one side and the room on the other. Room it self is quite large , very clean , cosy, simple ,with relative comfortable beds, good functional AC .The bathroom is large enough for the Greece standard ( meaning do not expect a real large one). A very well equipped cucinetta with everything you need , new and large enough refrigerator, water heater, table , etc. We did not missed anything. The house itself is very good arranged , with parking arias on 3 levels ( very very helpful in Sivota) and with the entrance for the 1st and 2nd floor on the back of the house , where you have a second large terrace equipped for drying towels, clothes and so on. Sivota is a small port, but quite charming, quiet and relaxing, more like a bohemian atmosphere, with good quality people comming in, lots of them comming with the yachts, therefore lots of large taverns with good food , plenty of fish , but quite high prices, one of the most expensive location for food in Lefkada, but still not exagerated.

Location was perfect. Check in and out easy. Cleanliness was spotless and the hosts came in every day to empty bins and even made the bed - very kind.

Fantastic property situated within Sivota town. Perfect for a few nights rest with a comfortable bed, AC, very well equipped bathroom and a little patio area to enjoy pre or post dinner drinks.

A comfortable apartment, equipped with everything you need, a terrace with a wonderful view of the entire harbor. The beds were comfortable for us. Very clean and nice place. We will be happy to visit again !
