Easy self check-in. Parking right next to the building - great option for anyone travelling by car. Simply park and go explore the city (otherwise parking can be a nightmare). Flat had all facilities.

Lovely sea view. Close to everything on foot and some nice restaurants just along the sea front to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening meal.

A lovely place to stay, close to the action of Syracusa. Clean and comfortable. The communication with the host Marcello was easy and timely. His tips and suggestions were very good for local places. We would recommend staying here for a good value stay in Syracusa.

The apartment is brand new, very clean, and very well-designed. In the Kitchin, you can find everything for a long and short stay, 2 coffee machines, many kinds of coffee, even an optional oats breakfast, all necessary if you decide to cook, there is a supermarket within a very short distance, and free of charge parking exactly in front. Netflix and local channels are available on the TV. Washing machines and washing products are also available. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor, so there is no need to run upstairs, the steps are a bit difficult. There is a side view of the sea from the bedroom, but the sun goes up exactly opposite, so you can't see the sea before 10:00 when the sun is no more in your eyes. The location is very close to Ortigia Island, all within walking distance.

The property is in great location. The host Marcello was brilliant, he was very attentive giving us loads of recommendations for restaurants and beaches and even took us out for a boat trip. Despite the great location it was very quiet and the only place in Sicily that we could park right outside. Perfect position for exploring Ortigia.
