The Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I liked the view toward the gardens and the landscape is simply wonderful. I liked the fact that the hotel owners is very alert and always concerned about the well being of her guests. She is very efficient , welcoming and approachable.

When we arrived the reservation had not been made even though I’d received email confirmation. The hotel went out of its way to make sure that even though we couldn’t have what we’d booked we were comfortable.

We had a family room. Myself partner and 2 toddlers and the room was perfect. We stayed in room 12, it was very spacious & beds were very comfortable.

Staff were extremely welcoming and very friendly. Location was perfect for river walk, Symonds Yat Rock and Monmouth. Food in hotel, Pan Asian, was delicious
