Privacy, cleanliness, location. Lovely terrace with parasol, plants, great view. Shared with another similar apartment but pleasant to chat. Very quiet at night but easily walkable to town and great restaurants. Linen changed frequently, bins emptied daily, studio cleaned. Excellent.

I especially liked that Athina is a very nice host, and she really cares about her guests. She made it possible to leave my things before and after check in/out. She Even make lovely cake for me. . The studio was very clean, and it had everything you need in the Kitchen. It has a greek feel about it. My studio at the top floor had a small private terrasse at the back. In front af the studio, on the top stairs, there is a nice place to sit, with chairs and a table, and a lovely wiew of the Bay. Athina Studios is in a quiet corner of town, but close to everything, and the beach. I Will Come back

The location was great, very close to Simi centre, bars and restaurants and also the bus station. The sweet mrs Athena was very helpful and kind. Athina studio was a great choise.

Athina’s place was so perfect for our Greek getaway. She went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time included welcome treats! The hotel is in a perfect location located 10min walk to the town centre and a lovely quiet spot. We would highly recommend staying!
