I was very impressed by the hotel and staff. The service we received was amazing and anything that we needed was catered for right away! It was a lovely place to get away to away from the bustling streets of sylhet town. Will defo come back. We was a group of 30+ people having a short break in sylhet town and not one single person had any issues with the 11 rooms we booked. We are very happy. Thank you and keep it up! Hope to see you again on my next visit to Bangladesh!

The room was cosy. Comfortable bed. Hot water. Snacks provided. Ever so friendly staff. So willing to help, and make you feel at home. Also willing to go the extra mile. I was really pleased.

Good location the fitness centre and sauna was under construction. The best thing about this hotel is the rooftop swimming pool with amazing view of the city

The hotel is close to the Shah Jalal Dargah and the tea shops nearby. Breakfast was delicious. They have a really good restaurant. The room was large and comfortable.

The location and swimming pool are okay, but the manner of swimming is not okay. The timing for swimming is kind of like we came here for free! I think the Hotel should understand the guests and it should be kids friendly.

Amazing staff and excellent service and and great location the manager Chowdury and his staff were excellent they were very polite and professional in dealing with the customers, I definitely recommended this hotel to all.
